In Germany, there is a proverb that says, "Orderliness is half of life." It means that if you keep tidiness and order in mind every day, it brings discipline and order to your daily life and work. Therefore, tidiness is so important that it can be called half of life. I agree with this proverb. On the day after losing a match, there are times when I don't feel like doing anything and my room gets messy. It might be because lingering regrets and frustrations, such as "I should have done that in that situation," don't go away, leaving my mind cluttered as well. Precisely at times like that, if you don't feel too lazy to tidy up, your mind will be cleaned at the same time, and your mood will clear up.
