Ever since I learned that there are lazy individuals even among worker ants and worker bees, I, being a lazy person myself, have felt a strange sense of affinity toward ants. Furthermore, I was delighted to hear that the presence of lazy ants actually makes the colony's activities go more smoothly. Research reportedly shows that no matter how groups are divided, a certain percentage of slackers will always emerge. However, in the case of human groups, lazy individuals do not necessarily always appear. Depending on the group, diligent people might gather together or lazy people might gather together, creating a difference in the progress of work. Also, lazy people are usually condemned by everyone as individuals who hold others back. What is the difference between humans and insects? Or, when formed into a large group, do humans produce the same results as ants and bees? I find this very intriguing.
