日本の 女の人は 死ぬまでに 1.44人ぐらいしか 子どもを（ ）ので 人口が 減って います。今は 12,700万人ぐらい いますが 50年後には 8,000万人ぐらいに なります。だから 働く人が たりなく なって 困るでしょう。子どもを うんだり 育てたりする ための 制度は よく なりましたが、子供が 増えません。まだ 子どもを 育てる 人を 助ける 社会に なって いないのです。例えば 育児休暇を 取る 女の人は 80％ぐらい いますが、男の人は 5％も いません。周りの 人の ことを 気にして 育児休暇を 取る ことが できない 男の人が 多いのです。何とか して ほしいです。
