1. ~について (About... / Regarding...)
Sentence Pattern
N + について / についての N
Expresses the meaning of "about or regarding a certain subject". It is usually followed by verbs like think, speak, write, ask, investigate...
Note: ~について means “about/regarding…”. ~につき can occur in formal written language with a related “regarding” use, but it also has a distinct notice-style use meaning “due to/because of…” (e.g. 工事中につき). It should not be treated as a universal polite form of ~について.

Translated as "For..." or "To...". Used to express the standpoint or perspective of the subject being evaluated.

Follows a noun indicating the role, capacity, or position of a person/thing. Translated as "As...", "In the capacity of...".
