Vる + わけにはいかない
Cannot... (For moral / responsible reasons)
Because of conscience, responsibility, or special circumstances... you want to do it but cannot. It also expresses the feeling that you cannot do it because it is wrong, unreasonable, or not your duty.
*The subject is usually first person. Can also be used as 「わけにもいかない」.
Example Sentences (5)
あとで車を運転するので、今お酒を飲むわけにはいかない。
Because I will drive later, I cannot drink alcohol now (It's against the law).
今日は車で来たんです。お酒を飲むわけにはいきません。
I came by car today, so I cannot drink alcohol.

Sentence Pattern
Vない + わけにはいかない
Have to... / Cannot avoid doing...
Expresses the obligation "must do / cannot avoid doing it". The reason for doing so is based on common sense, social norms, or personal responsibility.
