Vた あとで、V2 / Nの あとで、V2
Emphasizes the chronological order. V2 happens only after V1.

～Vて : Indicates the method, means, or state in which an action is performed.

V1ないで、V2
Since both actions cannot be done at the same time, it indicates the intention to do one thing instead of the other.
