1. ~そうです (It looks like / About to)

Sentence Pattern
Vます + そうです
It looks like / About to.
Expresses the speaker's judgment or feeling through visual perception.
Predicts a state that is about to happen in the near future.
Cannot be used to predict the intentional actions of others.
Often used with the word '今にも' (at any moment).
Example Sentences (2)
雨あめが 降ふりそうです。

→ It looks like it's going to rain.

シャンプーが なくなりそうです。

→ It looks like the shampoo is about to run out.

2. ~そうです (Looks ~ / Seems ~)

Sentence Pattern
Aい + そうです
Aな + そうです
(いい → よさそう / ~ない → ~なさそう)
Looks ~ / Seems ~.
Used to guess the mood, properties, or personality of an N.
The A must be something that can be verified.
Not used with As describing objective facts like shape or color.
Exceptions: いい → よさそう, ~ない → ~なさそう.

この 料理りょうりは おいしそうです。

→ This dish looks delicious.

この 机つくえは 丈夫じょうぶそうです。

→ This desk looks sturdy.

3. ~てきます (Go and come back)

Sentence Pattern
Vて + きます
N (địa điểm) へ + 行ってきます
N (địa điểm) で + Vて きます
ちょっと 出かけてきます
Go and come back.
Go to a certain place to perform an action and then return to the starting point.
Note the 3 particles used: [へ] if the V before きます is also a movement V, [で] to indicate the location of action, and [から] when the movement of an object is the focus.
Example Sentences (4)
郵便局ゆうびんきょくへ 行いって きます。

→ I'm going to the post office and will be back.

スーパーで ミルクを 買かって きます。

→ I'm going to the supermarket to buy milk and will be right back.

台所だいどころから コップを 取とって きます。

→ I will go fetch a cup from the kitchen and come back.

ちょっと 出でかけて きます。

→ I'm stepping out for a bit and will be back.
