1. Humble Language - Method 1: お / ご ~ します
Sentence Pattern
お + Vます (Ⅰ・Ⅱグループ) + します
ご + V (Ⅲグループ) + します
Used to describe the speaker's own actions directed towards the listener or a respected person to show humility.
Group 1 and 2 Vs use [お], while Group 3 Vs use [ご]. Exceptions: Some Group 3 Vs like [電話します] and [約束します] take [お] instead of [ご].

2. Humble Language - Method 2: Special Humble Verbs
Sentence Pattern
いる → おる
言う → 申す
食べる / 飲む / もらう → いただく
する → いたす
行く / 来る → 参る
見る → 拝見する
Some Vs have special, irregular humble forms.

3. Polite Language (Teineigo)
Sentence Pattern
あります → ございます
です → でございます
いいですか → よろしいでしょうか
This is a highly polite way of speaking used by the speaker to show respect to the listener.
